Enjoy the luxury of peace and calm with a group of 6 beautiful women as I take you on a journey into a place of calm. I will teach you some relaxation techniques that you can use at home. Included is * a welcome warm cacao, chai or herbal tea of the day * 'Breathe' relaxation lesson * Nourishing scalp treatment and massage * Calming relaxing sound immersion ... and more I often have guests with me in these sessions bringing their talents and gifts into the session to nourish you even further. These mini retreat sessions really are incredible. Make sure you have nowhere else to be afterwards as you really will walk out totally relaxed. Please Note: You will not leave with a finished hairstyle after these sessions. These are designed to nourish your hair and scalp and provide an opportunity for you to relax and totally unwind. In the cooler months, I recommend bringing a warm hat with you so that you remain comfortable when leaving.
