I will teach you some relaxation techniques that you can use at home. Included is * a welcome champagne * 'Breathe' relaxation lesson * Nourishing scalp treatment and massage * Calming relaxing sound immersion ... and more These pre-wedding mini retreat sessions really are incredible. Make sure you have nothing else to organise afterwards so that you can crawl into bed, totally relaxed and able to wake up refreshed on your wedding day ready for an incredible day. Please Note: You will not leave with a finished hairstyle after these sessions. These are designed to nourish your hair and scalp and provide an opportunity for you to relax and totally unwind. In the cooler months, I recommend bringing a warm hat with you so that you remain comfortable when leaving.
